If you want to return an item, we are here to help.  We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

• Return items within 90 days of receiving your original order;
• Return items in the same condition you received them, and in 
       the original packaging;
• Ensure the items are packed up properly to avoid any damages 
       during shipping; and
• Include the reason for return. We will replace items if they were 
       received damaged or defective. 

Eligibility applies to first time orders only, one per household. 

Simply follow the steps to return your order:

Step 1: Download and print the form below.

Step 2: Fill out the form in full and email to contact@puritibeauty.com.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for you to complete Step 3 and Step 4. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 3: Post your items including the form to the address on the form.

Step 4: We will review your items and arrange for a refund (according to our policies).

Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
