I didn’t set out to create a shower filter. I was searching for healthier hair.

For years, I'd struggled with dryness, colour fade and a sensitive scalp. After one particularly disastrous trip to the hairdresser left my hair completely over-bleached, I was desperately looking for anything that might help.

That's when I discovered the L'Oréal Metal Detox range, which sent me down a deep rabbit hole into water quality. The more I researched, the more I realised just how much chlorine and other impurities in our shower water can affect hair and skin health.

Naturally, I started looking for a shower filter. But the more I searched, the more disappointed I became. I couldn't find one in Australia that combined long-lasting, high-performance filtration with a premium design I'd actually want in my bathroom.  

So I created PURITI.

Today, my hair and skin have never felt healthier, but the best part isn't my own story anymore. It's hearing from customers who tell us they're finally having better hair days, calmer skin and feeling more confident. That's why I keep doing what I do.
